Protein Fruit Smoothie

My team teaching partner told me of this year’s ago, I’ve been hooked for decades now. Easy Peezy Mate: a cube size cut of Tofu, a cup or 2 of non/low sugar apple juice, chia seeds, some or all of a banana, 2 heap N’ Tablespoons low fat vanilla/fruit yogurt, frozen berries (see my blog Epic Fail/Epic Success…Berries). N the time it takes to put everything back in the fridge/freezer/cabinet, give those ingredients a complete Merry-go-round-till-ya-pike Ride, (gotta love the easy clean up of Nutra Bullet).

Goes great with any meal, ‘specially breakfast (See my Bistro Patio Breakfast blog here).
